Our favorite 1740 Confection Lab Chocolates are BACK for Winter 2025. And, we must say, these might be our favorite collection yet! Not only are these chocolates GORGEOUS, they taste even BETTER! Creator Vicki crafts each chocolate by hand with such love and attention to detail. A perfect gift no matter the occasion . . . and for yourself too, of course!

Winter 2025 Collection:

Caramallow - Cardamom Marshmallow on a cardamom ganache.  This is like an upgraded cup of hot chocolate.

Irish Cream - Bailey's infused white chocolate ganache.

Cranberry Orange Almond - Cranberry jelly on a almond and orange praline.

Buttered Rum - 2 layers of yum.  buttered rum caramel on a buttered rum ganache.

Gingerbread Caramel - All the holiday flavors linger in your mouth after a bit of this soft caramel.

Eggnog - white chocolate ganache with nutmeg, and hints of cognac, rum, and amaretto.

Rosemary Juniper - the rosemary soft caramel gets a hit of holiday with a mild juniper addition.

Mint Dark Chocolate - hint of mint in a dark chocolate ganache

Hazelnut Coffee Caramel - small amount of coffee caramel with a whipped hazelnut praline

Champagne - champagne jelly on a champagne ganache.  Let this one linger on the tongue and you'll find hints of "bubbles"

Pecan Pie - Maple caramel with pecan praline

Brown Butter Salted Caramel - all the goodness of salted caramel upleveled with browned butter

Cherry Cheesecake - cherry pate de fruit gel on a seriously delicious cream cheese white chocolate ganache with a gluten free graham crust

Banoffee Pie - banana caramel, vanilla bean white chocolate ganache, gluten free graham and toffee crust.

Truffled Honey - dark chocolate ganache with honey and black truffle.

About 1740: Vicki is a self taught confectioner with a tech background. She decided to embark on her confection journey after traveling to Belgium and falling in love with the chocolate. Knowing she could not always have Belgium chocolate, she made the decision to start making her own! And we are so happy that she did!
